Minimize   Officer Descriptions
 
 A brief description of each officer is listed below:

President
Responsible for soliciting speakers, attending area conference calls for INETA, working with sponsors, and updating the website.  Requires an average of 2 hours per week.

Vice-President
Primarily responsible for working with sponsors.  Acts as President in the President's absence, responsible for acquiring raffle prizes,  and updating the website.  Requires an average of 30 minutes - 1 hour per week.

Treasurer
Responsible for reimbursement to members and officers for expenses.  Also, responsible for safeguarding receipts, and making periodic deposits.  Requires an average of 15 minutes per week.

Training Coordinator
Responsible for organizing and helping out with periodic training events and code camps.  Acts a liaison for certification vouchers from Microsoft and our members  Requires an average of 15 minutes per week.

Webmaster
Responsible for administration of website and working with the hosting company and domain registration.  Also provides updates to the website as appropriate.  Some ASP.NET and DotNetNuke experience is required for this.  Requires an average of 15 minutes per week.

Advisory Leader (non-elected)
Provides guidance to current officers and offers suggestions.  Also helps coordinate working relationships of the current officers with current/past speakers and sponsors.  These are generally previous officers.

Each officer can delegate others and solicit help from any member or officer for their roles.  They are just responsible to make sure the duties are completed.  Additionally, all officers can help introduce speakers and give away prizes at meetings, as well as general help at meetings.
